Good morning everyone!  I have a sweet little Christmas card to share with you today.

Thank you so much for stopping by.  Have a wonderful day!

All Dressed Up For Mummy

I'm just popping on here to add one more Halloween card.  This little cutie will probably be my last one for the year.  Well, unless I find the time to squeeze in maybe one more.  I do love making Halloween cards :)

I used this adorable image from All Dressed Up Stamps by Wendy Burns.  Have you checked out her Etsy shop?  If not, you really should.  She's got lots of absolutely adorable images over there!  Anyway, this sweetie is All Dressed Up For Mummy and I've colored him with copics and colored pencils.  I added some Glossy Accents to the spiders to give them some shine.  The border punch and cobweb punch are by Martha Stewart.  Then I just added some ribbon and a few buttons.  This will probably be my grandson's Halloween card :)

Heartfelt Thanks

Good morning sweet friends.  Today is inspiration Tuesday over on the By LORi Designs Blog and we're sharing some fall-themed cards.

I used this sweet little pilgrim called Puddle Jumper Autumn Eliza on my card today.  OK, I do know that the pilgrims wore greys and browns but I just could NOT dress this little cutie in those drab colors ... so she got colored in yellows and greens lol!  I colored her with copics and colored pencils and added some ribbon, flowers, and tiny pearls.  The sentiment is from CC Designs and my papers are by Imaginisce.  Be sure to stop by the By LORi Designs Blog to see what the rest of this amazing DT is sharing.  You'll find tons of inspiration over there!

Autumn

Happy Monday to all of you.  The weekend has come and gone and I didn't seem to get much done ... but I did enjoy myself.  Sometimes we all need to just slow down and enjoy life a little more, don't we?  I have had this image colored for ages and did manage to finish up a card with this lovely lady.

This sweet image is called Fall Leaves and you can find her over in the Time For Tea Designs' Etsy Shop.  Jo has lots of other cute images in her shop and if you check out her blog you'll see that she's having a fabulous sale, too!  Anyway, I colored her with copics and colored pencils and used some pretty fall papers by Reminisce.  I added some seam binding, pearls, a leaf diecut, and a sentiment to finish off the card.

Thank you so much for stopping by.  I hope you have a wonderful day.  Now I'm off to get busy on some DT work that's due soon :)

Happy Thursday everyone!  The weekend is just around the corner ... and so is Christmas!  So I thought I'd get another Christmas card made to add to my stash.

This adorable image is Furry Friends and you can find it over at Funky Kits.  This stamp was one of the first Sugar Nellie stamps I ever bought.  I loved it the first time I saw it and I still love it!  I colored these friends with copics and colored pencils and used Glamour Dust on the snow-covered ground and her outfit.  I added some pearl dots with my Pearl Pen and used some of my new Impression Obsession dies to cut out the snowflakes and trees.  The paper is some older BoBunny I had in my stash and the sentiment is by PTI.

Thank you so much for stopping by.

The Greeting Farm's Alter-EGO

( ** Please scroll down for my CC Designs post ** )

Hello everyone!

Welcome to Day 1 of our fun contest announcement.  After a lot of requests to bring back special contests such as "Rockin Rebel", The Greeting Farm has a few FUN announcements to make today!

First of all, beginning in November we will be discontinuing the Retro Fresh Challenge and also the GVT.  But have no fear, a new FUN contest will take place quarterly, such as the one we're about to announce today.  In addition, we will be continuing all the Farm Fresh Friday Challenges, so there will still be plenty of fun on the Farm!  We are also excited to announce another customer-wide blog hop opportunity for the holidays, so be sure to stay tuned for info on that right after the November release.

For now, we are excited to introduce you to TGF's latest contest ...

How FUN is this going to be?  We know there are a lot of you creative peeps out there who do amazing things with our line of stamps, and sometimes you love to kick it up a notch or two by switching heads, bodies, clothes, etc.  Well, with Halloween coming up, we thought it was the perfect time for a contest so here's your chance to do it to WIN a prize!

RULES:

1.)  You MUST use at least two (2) TGF stamps to create your character.

2.)  You must create a NEW project.

3.)  You can create a card, altered project, whatever you'd like.   On Day 2 of our DT preview (10/24), the IN LINKZ will open.  You have until 10/31 (Halloween!) to create your "Alter Ego".  Winner will be announced on RELEASE DAY, November 1st!  How exciting will THAT be?!  Well, even MORE exciting because wait until you see the prizes....

PRIZES:

1.) Winner will receive their choice of two (2) 4x6 stamp sets  AND a GUEST DESIGNER SPOT at The Greeting Farm!  We are changing the way we do our Guest Designers as of this coming month, in the hopes that we can give even more talented peeps a chance to showcase their work.  Guest spots will now incorporate 1-2 features a month on the TGF blog and give LOTS of creative freedom to the designer, so believe me, you'll want to show us what you've got!

DEADLINE:

InLinkz will open on October 24th on the 2nd ALTER EGO post on the TGF blog. All contest submissions should be uploaded by October 31st at 11pm CST.

Here's my Alter-Ego card.  I used CC Monday Morning's head and the body from WS Charlotte Chic.  I colored her with copics and colored pencils and added some punched flowers with pearls, a lacy punched border, and a bow.

Be sure to stop by the Greeting Farm Blog to see which new "characters" the rest of the DT has created for today.  Have TONS of fun with this ... we can't wait to see who YOUR "Alter-EGO" will be!

Farm Fresh Friday over at The Greeting Farm

Happy Friday to all of you!  Today starts a new Farm Fresh Friday Challenge over on the Greeting Farm Blog.  It was our lovely Rachel's turn to choose our theme and she wants to see ... anything but a card.

I picked up this journal at Michaels a couple of weeks ago for $1.  I had no idea what I was going to do with it but geez, $1?  I couldn't pass it up for that price, right?   So I decided I would make my daughter a Christmas planner this year so she can keep track of Christmas gifts, wish lists, parties, etc.  I used the adorable Holiday Anya 2 and colored her with copics and colored pencils.  I applied Glamour Dust to her sash and cut her out with some nestabilities.  I added some tabs to the pages but left them blank so my daughter can decide how she wants to use this little journal.  Then I tied some matching ribbons along the edge for a fun look.  I'm pretty sure she's going to love this little planner :)   Please be sure to stop by the Greeting Farm Blog to see what the rest of the DT is sharing today.

Thank you so much for stopping by.  I hope you have a wonderful weekend!

It's Tuesday so that means we have some new makes to share with you over on the By LORi Designs Blog.  We are featuring Lori's adorable Halloween images which is fine with me because I LOVE Halloween!  It's one of my favorite little holidays to celebrate.  Partly because it's my daughter's birthday and also because I just adore the cute, not-very-scary ghosts, witches and goblins.

I'm using Puddle Jumper Witchy Sue and Baby Boo on my card today.  I colored them with copics and colored pencils, and then applied Glamour Dust to the candy and the bow on her hat.  I finished my card with some ribbon and buttons.  Please be sure to stop by the By LORi Designs Blog to see what the rest of the talented DT is sharing over there.  I know you'll find lots of inspiration for some "spooky" cards of your own :)

Garden Variety Tuesday at TGF

Good morning to all of you!  We're starting a new Garden Variety Tuesday Challenge over on the Greeting Farm Blog today and I hope you can join us.  This week was sweet Joni's turn to choose the theme and she has chosen "Hats Where It's At" ... so, you can use any TGF image with a hat.

I used this sweet little Beanie Ian for my card and colored him with copics and colored pencils.  I applied some Liquid Applique to his hat and the tiny little marshmallows in his cocoa, and then zapped it with my heat gun to make it puffy ... love that stuff lol!  The sentiment is by CC Designs and I thought it was perfect with this image.  I added some snowflakes and twine to finish my card.  Be sure to stop by the Greeting Farm Blog to see some fabulous inspiration and to get the challenge details!

Peace & Love This Season

Hello everyone!  Just popping on quickly to share a CAS Christmas card I made that required no coloring.  I don't often make cards with no image other than a sentiment but I thought I'd try something quick and easy.

I used a new October release rubber stamp by CC Designs called Naughty or Nice Sentiments.  I added a big bow along with a snowflake cut with the CC Designs Cutter snowflake die.  I covered the snowflake with Glamour Dust and added a button and some twine.

Thanks so much for stopping by!  Enjoy your weekend :)

I am using CC Dante, one of our new October release images.  I colored him with my copics and colored pencils.  Then I added some hemp cord and a button.  My sentiment is stamped on a Simple Stories Snap Sticker.  A very CAS card since I always seem to have trouble picking embellishments for masculine cards :(  Be sure to stop by the Greeting Farm Blog to see what the rest of the DT is sharing today.  I promise you won't be disappointed!  While you're there, you can read all the challenge details too :)

Hello friends!  Today is Tuesday so that means we are sharing some new projects over on the By LORi Designs Blog.

I used Puddle Jumper Big & Lil' Ghost on my card and colored them with copics and colored pencils.  I used some stickles on her hair bow and then applied Glossy Accents on their trick-or-treat pails.  The papers are by Doodlebug Design, which I think are perfect papers to use with Lori's adorable Halloween images!  Be sure to stop by the By LORi Designs Blog for lots more Halloween inspiration.

Thank you for stopping by.  Have a wonderful day!

Hugs, Anita
